Answer:

Labeling theory.

Explanation:

One of the most significant methods to addressing deviant and criminal behavior is labeling theory. This theory is based on the notion that begins by believing no act is inherently criminal. In 1963 Howard Becker established the labeling theory which emphasizes that people become offenders when they are branded as such. As per the question, the judge did not want Freda to be labeled with a reputation of a criminal, and this act reflects the influence of labeling theory.

The following is an argument regarding whether or not I/O psychologists should be licensed or not:

 • In my opinion, it should not be made mandatory for an I/O Psychologist to be a licensed practitioner. The reason for that is the situations or the cases an I/O Psychologist is concerned with are not largely physical or mental but are operational. Such situations need tactical skills more than theoretical knowledge associated with such situations, which in most cases, might not even exist.
 • Hence, it can be said that though the work of an I/O Psychologist is related to the psyche of the people he deals with, the methods that he uses to solve the problems need to be dynamic and not rigid. Thus, we can conclude that it should not be made mandatory for an I/O Psychologist to bear a license for practice.

If you wanted to live in Africa that had two distinct seasons, which area would that be?
NNADVOKAT [17]
I’m not a 100% sure but I think it would be Kenya. On the coast, the climate is tropical, with warm temperatures and high humidity. In the lowlands, the weather is generally hot and dry; while the highlands are temperate. Unlike the rest of the country, these mountainous regions have four distinct seasons. Elsewhere, the weather is split into rainy and dry seasons rather than summer, fall, winter, and spring

lyudmila [28]

Answer:

Ken has used the Split - Half techniques

Explanation:

The split-half techniques is used to assess the internal consistency of a test.

it measures the extent to which all parts of the test contribute equally to what is being measured.

This is done by comparing the results of one half of a test with the results from the other half. A test can be split in half in several ways.

This method of testing reliability measures internal consistency i.e how well the test components contribute to the construct that’s being measured. It is most commonly used for multiple choice test.

In relation to the above questions the action of Ken shows that he has used the split half techniques in order to assess the reliability of the test.
