In adapting, I have to bring out a perfect means I can relate my solution, using a technique all the staff can understand. And the right words or manner, that will not look abusive or distracting to the audience.

In Anticipating, I have to read about previous solutions and why it failed to solve the lingering problem, how good did the staff understand this problem should also be in consideration while anticipating, so that I can be able to answer any questions, correctly.
