How the pandemic has affected me mental, social and emotional health

Your talking about todays pandemic?

If so, then here is your answer:

This pandemic has had a good effect on my mental, social, and emotional health. I have had time to get away from the rest of the world and focus on myself and who I am and work on what I want to be. I now have the opportunity to  focus more on myself rather than have to deal with the weight of other peoples problems in life by means of isolation. As for the social aspect, I do stay in touch with a few of my close friends and family, just to make sure they are doing well, but as an introverted person, this pandemic has had a good effect because I have more time to myself.

P.S

Just write out your feelings for this one rather than go of what I say depending on your situation.

Just hope this answers your question. :)

Answer:

The pandemic is not only killing people all over, but it is affecting us psychologically. The lack of social interaction and isolation can make someone lose their mind. We begin to be accustomed to hiding and don't know what to do. The fear of our loved ones, and even ourselves  catching this pandemic also begins to drive us crazy. We want to have that social interaction, but what kills us is we know we can't because the consequences of that can be even worse.
