Answer:

All relationships matter

Explanation:

Dating relationships between teenagers are important to allow them to experience an interaction with a person that is not related to them or grew up in the same household as them. A romantic relationship with teenagers allow them to explore the opportunities that they can benefit from in understanding the way other persons think, feel and conduct themselves and what is expected of them in social settings. Having a relationship, inside the home is important for conflict resolution and developing communication skills.

In addition to this, the romantic relationship will give both teenagers an avenue to express their experiences and expectations and go through the learning curve and expectations of a future partner.

The correct answer is the bystander effect.

The bystander effect refers to a phenomenon in which people refrain from intervening or helping victims in need when other witnesses are present. The larger number of bystanders or witnesses present, the less likely it is that someone will intervene and help the victim. The bystander effect occurs due to diffusion of responsibility. This means that individuals do not help victims because they see other bystanders are equally responsible for helping the victim.

True [87]

Answer:

Explanation:

The meaning if contributory negligence is a type of law whereby if a plaintiff ( the accuser) has been found to have 10%, fault at cause will gave nothing to recover even if the defendant has 90% at fault.

From the above question, the street crosser as just a little fault to the accident which is crossing the street that is very dangerous without considering the options, whether a car is approaching or not and the defendant has about 95% fault because if he was driving at a controlled speed, there is every chance that he would have controlled the situation. But been the fact that state B is a contributory negligence state, based on my explanation of negligence state, it is possible for the defendant to win the case. As a lawyer I will advise the driver to go on with his defense that the plantif is more at fault.
