He is in "intuitive thought".

A sub-stage in Piaget's Preoperational stage is Intuitive thought sub-stage, which traverses ages 4-7 years. Youngsters in this stage of advancement learn by making inquiries, for example, "Why?" and "How?" Piaget named this "intuitive thought"<span> since he trusted that kids at this stage have a tendency to be so sure of their insight and understanding that they are unconscious of how they picked up this information in the first place.  </span>

Point out that your roommate has just experienced hindsight bias or the I knew it all along phenomenon.

Hindsight bias is the tendency to believe only after learning the outcome that one would have foreseen it beforehand. In simpler terms, hindsight bias is believing that you knew something only after you heard it or that you would've known it before hearing about it.

Hope this helps!

Using Erikson’s psychosocial stage of trust versus mistrust, can you identify ways in which child workers’ developmental needs m
Shkiper50 [21]

Answer:

Erikson’s psychosocial stage of trust versus mistrust shows how the developmental needs of working children are not met.

Explanation:

Erikson’s psychosocial stage of trust versus mistrust shows that very young children, around two years old, need an environment where they can explore and socialize to create a sense of trust, happiness and positive development. Children who do not have the resources to socialize and explore, end up developing a sense of distrust and anxiety, unhappiness, as their development needs are not met. Working children do not have the freedom to explore and socialize, test their childhood ideas and challenge themselves according to the environment around them. These children do not have their senses of trust stimulated and become oppressed and limited, anxious and lacking great abilities to plan and explore ideas. In this case, we can see that the trust versus distrust stage shows how the developmental needs of working children are not met.
