Why do small state have equal power with large state in the senate

History
1 answer:
Pavlova-9 [17]3 years ago
6 0
Membership in the senate would be based on equal representation, small state wanted equal representation because they did not want to be over powered in votes by large states.

This avoided larger state to control the national government.

It made sure smaller population states and larger population states would have the same number of representations to make it fair.

Okay so
1. The new diseases
2. New weapons
3. Different animals
4. Different languages
5. and religion
I would say the new diseases that the white men brought over with them affected and changed the Native populations the most because many people died from these diseases because the Natives did not know how to prevent them or what to treat them with.

I would say that religion was the least change because even though some accepted the other religions, it really didn't affected the population.

Hope this helps you!

The correct answer is state law required a recount when the results were close

According to Florida state law, a recount is obligatory whenever the difference between two candidates is small. Since it was fewer than 2000 votes, around 1700 to be more precise, an automatic recount had to be done according to the law and it fell to a 900 difference. Because the recount decided who the president would be, they did a manual recount.
