There are 4 main types of health, these are known as physical health, emotional health, mental health, and social health. many could also argue that there are more types of health, such as spiritual health or environmental health. those could be considered different forms of health,, but i am not going to include them because they are not considered one of the main forms of health. if you do happen to want to know they are achieved, let me know and i can provide that information as well.
Physical health: this is known as what the physical condition your body is. to achieve a physically healthy body, you need to exercise regularly, eat healthy, and working prevent sickness and illness. a physically healthy body eats the necessary amount of each food group and does not over or under eat. they also exercise the needed 20 high intensity minutes of exercise or 40 minutes of regular intensity exercise. along with this, they also take the necessary precautions to prevent illness, such as washing your hands.
Mental health: to be mentally healthy,, you must have the ability to recognize the realities of the world and learn how to cope with them. in order to achieve good mental health,, you must know how to deal with the difficulties in life while still remaining confident in themselves and recognizing that they will be okay no matter how difficult their situations are.
Emotional health: to be emotionally healthy means that you know how to use and express your emotions in a positive way. to achieve this,, one must express sadness in a way that does not hurt themselves, but instead allows them to cope with the difficulties of life and eventually move past them. emotionally healthy people will not use anger to hurt others physically or emotionally, but instead they know how to calm themselves down and deal with whatever made them angry in a positive manner.
Social health: to be socially healthy means that you know how to communicate and relate the family members and peers in a positive way. socially healthy people have a good group of friends who appreciates them for who they are as a person and vice versa. these people communicate with others in a way that is not rude or disrespectful, and they always speak kindly about one another not only in front of each other but also when they are not around.
to be a completely healthy person,, you must be healthy in all of these categories.
