Michelangelo was an artist (sculptor, painter, poet, engineer, and others) living in Italy in 15th and 16th century.

He was born in Tuscany and raised in Florence, which at the time was the center of art. He spent his life creating many pieces and was already famous during his lifetime. Later in life he was mostly having the role of architect in Rome.
