The increase in the population will increase the dependency on resources. The resources like water, wind, fossil fuels, vegetation, wildlife used by the human society will generate biodegradable wastes. Also the man made resources such as plastics, metals will generate huge amounts of non-biodegradable wastes which will pose difficulty in disposing off.
