The doctor-patient contract is a document listing all services that medical staff (such as providers) perform on a client. This document also sets out the price charged for all procedures, and confirms a commitment that client and providers will fulfill their obligations under the contract. If the patient refuses to pay the providers' services, this contract will be canceled and the client may be sued and fined.
