You've noticed that when you sleep less, your grades suffer. at the same time, you realize that lower grades could also lead to

a lack of sleep: that worrying about a possible dip in your grade point average could keep you up at night. what kind of relationship between the two variables, lack of sleep and lower grades, are you noticing here?

I'm noticing that you don't get lots of sleep and that's why your grades are low. Also, you have to be doing your homework right away and/or study for a test and not being on your phone too much or on any device.

-Hope this helps!!!

dsp73

Answer:

A. short-term memory can be encoded to form long-term memories.

Explanation:

Memory consolidation: In psychology, the term "memory consolidation" is described as a process through which an individual's brain generally convert all the memories present in the short-term into the person's long-term memories.

Short-term memories of an individual last for about thirty seconds that is why an individual needs to shift a few specific information to the long-term memories in order to be remembered.

It is often referred to as a "time-dependent process" through an individual's learned experiences are being converted into his or her long term memory via chemical and structural changes in the nervous system.
