The reason there was a decrease in immigration from 1911 - 1930 was because of A. Increased restrictions on immigration by the Federal Government
From the period before the First World War began up till 1930, some Americans began to call for a limit to immigration.
The federal government responded by limiting immigration through ways like:
- the Quota system - only a certain number of people were allowed in from certain countries annually
- literacy tests - immigrants had to pass literacy tests to be allowed into the country
This led to a decrease in the number of people being allowed into the U.S. and so led to a decrease in immigration.
We can therefore conclude that the efforts of the Federal government were the reason the immigration rates of those years decreased.

Answer:
Enabled factory workers to produce more complicated goods with precision
Explanation
We may think that for soldiers (of any country and any service) in WWI total war meant war 24/7. This simply mean that the soldier never really "disconnected" from the horror of the front being continuously under pressure from the traumatic experiences suffered on the front line (heavy bombing, machine gun massacres, poisonous gasses, torpedoing, snipers, filth, disease, vermin and in general...horrible misery) even if resting far from it.
One of the main advantages of the use of Nuclear Energy, if managed correctly, is that it is safe for environment. Fossil fuels need to be burned to produce energy, this generates vasts amounts of greenhouse gasses and contaminants. Nuclear energy doesn't release carbon dioxide or methane responsible of global warming. This doesn't mean that it produdes 0 contaminants, it does but in a lower scale. Another advantage is the amount of energy that is obtained from nuclear fission, it can generate over 10 million times the nergy which is produced by the combustion of fossil fuels.
As I said, this are advantages if the nuclear energy is managed in a safe way as it can lead to great danger if not.
