Me, I would most likely use a wheel barrow ... First it is less work on you and the crew and second no one will get hurt ... Put all the bags of concrete that will fit in the wheel barrow and the wheel them over to the other side of the site ... Have one person stack them while you go and get more !!! I hope this helps !!!
