Jacob wants to improve his physical appearance before the homecoming dance, but he has trouble finding time to exercise. One of

his friends has been taking diet pills that really seem to work. Jacob isn't sure whether he should try those, as well. Which person should Jacob ask for advice?

His primary physician would be the most logical explanation. As your doctor is able to assist in these areas of nutrition and over all health of the body.

Some answers could also include dietician or physical trainer.
