Answer:

1 Myth

2 Myth

3 Fact

4 Myth

5 Fact

Explanation:

1. Not at all true, the only way the body is able to get rid of alcohol in the system is by metabolizing it, in which the body metabolizes 1 ounce of alcohol an hour. Drinking water helps by keeping one hydrated and urinating, but it wont make you sober. Coffee the same thing, the only way to become sober is to give it time to metabolize.

2. Alcohol is alcohol. While yes, when drinking in the same quantity liquor is by FAR more dangerous due to its much higher alcohol contents, if you drink a 6% beer and a 6% "vodka" (as if that's even a thing haha) it would do the same. Alcohol is alcohol, be responsible with the quantity in which you drink it.

3. Very true. Drinking at a young age when your brain is still developing can cause "alcohol dependence", the main sign of alcoholism and very dangerous. It can give children the belief that they must be buzzed or drunk in order to function, the same way that we believe we need water in order to live.

4. Consuming alcohol at all is bad for your liver and gut. Sure, it's WORSE if you're getting blackout drunk, but in any quantity it can lead to harmful effects like gut inflammation, liver failure, and alcoholism.

5. The statement is factual, and it can have even more effects during pregnancy aswell, causing birth defects in children.

Hope that helps.
