The introduction states that "Hippopotamuses are the most dangerous animals in Africa." Because the topic sentence says that they are dangerous, it would not make sense to repeat that idea as the topic sentence. The sentence about hippopotamuses being a vegetarian and it catching food easily does not seem to make much sense. Vegetarians do not usually need to catch their food, since plants don't run. Also this sentence does not show how hippopotamuses are dangerous. The last option is informal and would not be appropriate in any essay. The option about the body features being a deadly combination is correct because it connects the introduction to the more specific supporting details about the hippopotamuses jaws and teeth.
