Answer: C. "I should eat foods that are high in iron and protein to help my body heal."

Explanation:

A women after miscarriage can experience mood swings as well as depression due to reduction of hormones that were producing when the pregnancy was in normal state. The sexual intercourse must be avoided for a period of 2 weeks until the bleeding stop completely as sexual intercourse can cause infection. She must also avoid pregnancy for 2 months as time is required so that body can reattain it's original form after the loss. The woman will not experience bright red, profuse and heavy bleeding after miscarriage.

A woman who has experienced the miscarriage is advised to eat foods that are rich in protein and iron to replenish the bodily loss caused due to miscarriage.
