The formula to find the area of a circle is: π r squared. So, 4.5 π squared = about 63.62

Area = π . r² = 3.14 × 4.5² = 63.62 square units.
<span>In terms of circumference:</span>

Area = <span>C2</span>/(4π) = <span>28.272</span>/4π = 799.19/(4 × 3.14) = 799.19/(12.56) = 63.62 square units.

<span>I hope this helped.... ;)

lorasvet [3.4K]

Answer:

a) 6,455 L

b) V(t) = (18/3) * t^(1.5)

Step-by-step explanation:

Part a

Integrating the given relation from t = 0 to t= 105 mins

V = \int {9 * \sqrt{t} } \, dt\\V = {\frac{9*2}{3}*t^(1.5) = \frac{18}{3}*t^(1.5)\\\\V = \frac{18}{3}*105^(1.5)\\\\\\V = 6,455L

Part b

V(t) = \frac{18}{3} * t^(1.5) + C\\Since V = 0 @ t = 0 ; hence, C = 0\\\\V(t) = \frac{18}{3} * t^(1.5)

Whats the equation of a line with slope 3/5 that passes through the point (15,8)
Elden [556K]

Answer:

y=3/5x-1

Step-by-step explanation:

The formula you need to find this would be

(y-y1)=m(x-x1)

The y1 is your y point.

The x1 is your x point.

m is your slope.

Start by plugging in your numbers that they provide you.

(y-8)=3/5(x-15)

Now you need to distribute the slope to the terms inside the parenthesis next to it.

3/5(x)=3/5x

3/5(-15)= -9       Now you put those back into the equation.

(y-8)=3/5x-9

At this point you can get rid of the parenthesis around the y-8 since it is basically saying to take the term times 1.

To get y alone we not need to add 8 to both sides.

y-8=3/5x-9

+8          +8

y=3/5x-1

Could somebody give me the answer
Mamont248 [21]
Rewriting in intercept form
4x+6y= 3 becomes
y= 4x/6 + 3 /6 = ⅔x + ½
it's m = 2/3

for the second line
6x + 9y = 7
y= 6x/9 + 7/9 = ⅔x +7/9
it's m = 2/3

so the two lines are parallel..
