The form of entertainment that was inspired by religion was the Chautauqua Circuit.
Referring to the Chautauqua Social and educational movement in the region of Lake in South in West New York, during the beginning of the 1900s. In those years, 1910-1920, people that belonged to this cultural movement created a form of entertainment with music and visited rural areas of the country. The shows including educational portions with teachers and preachers that also shared religious ideas.
