PLEASE. Write about pluses political regime "oligarchy"
KiRa [710]
You mean what possible advantage could Oligarchy have?

Oligarchy could mean that people in power will have good education and for example won't be manipulated by populists. For example often people choose their representatives based on very little information, and in an oligarchy, where a small portion of a society (the riches and best educated) rules, it could be more likely that the rulers will have the necessary education and preparaation.

Poem on why we should learn history ??
Nadya [2.5K]
The people of Earth face many problems
Struggling just to live and maintain peace.
There's differences in language, faith and race
With misguided hated unwilling to cease.

To solve these problems that plague mankind
We must strive as never before.
Demanding justice with truth in settling disputes
While recalling the loss and heartbreak of war.

War is an emotional release for man
Practiced since the first stones were cast.
Could it be nature's way of thinning the numbers
As the fallen are consumed by the past.

Some have asked why must we study history
It just encourages us to live in the past.
When we forget God and submit to whatever
The sorrows of our sins forever last.

How do public safety regulations protect workers
pav-90 [236]

The Industrial Revolution brought with itself a new dynamic between employer and employee. The main change of the revolution in this dynamic was the introduction of the worker's safety, as one of the main requirements that every business and workplace should have in order to operate.  The public safety regulations exist in order to protect the workers from different hazards that the job can bring. It also sets some boundaries and rules for the employer to consider and follow, in order to protect the safety of the employees.  Employers need to evaluate what things can harm the employees and implement the required protections so that no accidents occur.  Workers are also trained in terms of safety in the workplace, so that they can identify any risk and avoid it. At every work place there should be first aid's facilities and medical support, in the events of an accident. Every employee has to be insured at his/her work in case they get sick or injured while working. Public safety regulations exist to protect and benefit the workers in their workplace.

How did Métis attempt to achieve their nationalist goals?
ikadub [295]

Answer:

Metis nationalism is a part of a large movement to secure a distinct culture, often associated with a unique Candian Nationalist identity.

Explanation:

The Métis traced their ancestry to both North American Indigenous peoples and European settlers. The Métis in Canada has been recognized as separate Indigenous peoples under the 1982 Constitution Act.  As new cultures progressed across the continent of North America they tried to secure a proper position in the evolving national political institutions for themselves. The diminishing physical and socio-economic landscape is forcing the creation of new political structures to ensure collective protection flowing from the unique culture and heritage of history.
