The answer is A. use technical language without defining it.

I've had this question before.
When writing a procedural essay for non-experts you have to explain the technical words you use because they wouldn't know it, but when addressing experts they would already have this knowledge.

The best way to adjust the language in a procedural essay for an audience of experts on your topic is A. use technical language without defining it.

When writing a procedural essay, it is important to know your audience to adjust the language of the essay, if your audience consists of experts on your topic they do not need to be given the definition of each technical term because they already know it.

Social Media isn't good because there a lot of people who hate on people and they get depressed because of it because some people thank what other people say about them is real. Another reason on why social Media is bad is because you will spend half your day on your phone and not in real life and staying on your phone is not good for you because if you stay on your phone for longer then 4 hours a day you will be wasteing your life and also it isnt good for your eyes to be starting at a screen for long.
