Blood contains red blood cells (erythrocytes) that do not contain nuclei and are biconcave to allow them to carry more oxygen for diffusion. Therefore the round disks with no nuclei are red blood cells.
The purple-colored spherical cells are probably blood platelets if they are small or they could be white blood cells (lymphocytes) if they are larger.
