Why do developing countries usually have less variety in their economic activities?

Answer: Limited access to education means that people are not trained to work in industry or technology.

This goes hand in hand with the lack of quality education for all in every level of education. From elementary school to college. In developing countries, although many times education is free, it is not quality education. The government does not have the budget to invest in infrastructure to reach most of the population.
