Answer:

These are examples of the three branches of government exercising their constitutional duties.

Explanation:

The Executive Branch (President) enforces laws and checks Congress by signing/vetoing laws. The executive branch also checks the judicial branch by appointing judges/justices.

The Legislative Branch (Congress) creates laws and checks the executive branch by impeaching the president, overruling a veto, and approving the nominees that the president nominates. They also check the judicial branch by impeaching judges and justices.

The Judicial Branch interprets the laws and checks the legislative branch by striking down unconstitutional laws.

How did Ronald Regan help contribute to the cold war
Dmitry_Shevchenko [17]

So I actually have a Social Studies book from my old school, lucky for you, we got to the Cold War.

Here's what the book stated:

One of Reagan's proposals was the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI). He believed this defense shield could make nuclear war impossible, but the unlikelihood that the technology could ever work led opponents to dub SDI "Star Wars."

Also, I do know that this is also found on another website but thats probably where the book's information came from.

valina [46]

Answer:

Reparations.

Explanation:

The Treaty of Versailles that formally ended World War One, imposed reparations of 132 billion gold marks on Germany. The payments had to be made mainly to France and Britain. The amount was exorbitant and the German economy was so troubled in the 1920s that it could not pay those reparations.
