Buying newer and smaller clothes is least helpful to achieve a goal to safely lose weight.

Further Explanation:

The persons' daily life routine is organized with the help of physical activity. The physical activity is differentiated into different levels which help a person to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Children should spend at least 60 minutes on physical activity on a daily basis whereas adults should spend at least 30 minutes on physical activity to have a good and healthy lifestyle. It increases the capability of a body to perform the daily activity. The daily exercise management helps in achieving the goal.

To check the satisfactory goal we should do a fitness test. It involves a series of tests that evaluate the health status and physical fitness of an individual. According to the fitness goal and health, there are many specific tests one can use to evaluate the effectiveness of his/her current workout routine.

Physical activity depends on:

  • Body composition: It includes the amount of fat, water, and muscle.
  • Cardiorespiratory fitness: It makes available energy at the time of physical exercise.
  • Muscular strength: Help to apply force at the time of physical exercise.
  • Muscular endurance Help in exerting force without getting muscle fatigue.
  • Flexibility: Help in smooth movement of joints.

A healthy lifestyle also depends on a healthy diet. If we are doing physical activities we also need carbohydrate-protein in our diet to be fit. Physical fitness helps us to prevent heart disease, lung cancer, stroke, and type II diabetes. Friend and exercise partners also help in achieving goal and they also motivate us. When our goals are not satisfactory, they help us to look for an area that can be better. Then, we have to set a new target for the evaluation and prepare for that goal. To buying shorter and newer clothes won’t help in achieving goals and lose weight.
