The correct answer is: Zev exclaimed when he opened the door, "Welcome to my home."

This sentence is correct because unlike the other sentences, it did not capitalized the words door, to, my, and home. Also, it used correct punctuation which are a comma, quotations, and period.

What type of figurative language is the car chugged around the mountain

Chugged is the main word that should give it away. It is kind of exaggerating the car going up the mountain. I assume it would be a hyperbole.
