Pretty easy actually so because he says for every correct answer he gets he gets 4 points and he got 7 right to 4x7 = 28 so he has 28 right there then has 2 wrong answers so minus 2 from 28 you get 26 then minus another 2 cause he got 2 wrong and the = 24 then one point for unanswered so that would be 23.

Answer to question A = 23!

Then you would have to get at least 7 questions right and 3 questions wrong. Hope this helps! ;D

Answer to B = 7!

atroni [7]

Answer: \frac{1}{10}

Step-by-step explanation:

Since, The total number of student = 300

Out of which,

The number of students who are only in Maths  = 120

And, The number of students who are only in Science  = 50

While, the students who are not from any subject = 100

Hence, the number of student who are from both maths and science = Total student - Maths student (only) - science student (only) - None

= 300 - 120 - 50 - 100

= 30

That is, there are 30 students who are both from science and maths,

Thus, the probability of selecting one student who is both from maths and science = 30/300 = 1/10
