Although enthusiasm for helping victims is clearly growing, the willingness to pay for the necessary services is NOT always present.
People always like to help other people in need whenever they can, but when it comes to paying for something they need and for their expenses, the willingness to do so somehow seems to disappear. Naturally, not many people like to spend money of people they don't even know, be they victims or not.
