Leaders are made. It counts as to what one endures, learns and the decisions they make throughout there lives that determine whether they are the Shepard leading the sheep or just another sheep falling in with the herd.
The lungs recoil to force the air out of the lungs. The intercostal muscles relax, returning the chest wall to its original position. The diaphragm also relaxes, moving higher into the thoracic cavity.
