It will be ineffective because individuals compete with each other to solve an issue and don’t want to make it worse. In competing, an individual doesn’t listen to anyone if they continuously argue, so an individual will not be able to do things properly as he wants.

Further Explanation:

Interpersonal conflict can be defined as a disagreement in various ways which can be professional, physical, personal or emotional between two or more individuals. Such differences and disagreements are ordinary in families, workplaces, and society, in common and it is not necessary that these disagreements or differences are violent or physical. There are different types of interpersonal conflicts:

  1. Pseudo conflicts: This type of conflict has “minor disagreements” that mask a “deeper conflict” in the relationship.
  2. Policy conflicts: This type of conflict is disagreements or differences about how an individual deals with any situation.
  3. Ego conflicts: In this type of conflict, if an individual loses the argument then it would damage an individual’s self-esteem.
  4. Value conflicts: No two individuals have the same set of values. Conflicts based on values can be difficult to resolve.

If you compete with one another, it will be ineffective because you want to solve the problem, not make it worse. Whoever you're conflicting with will never listen to you if you continuously clash and you won't be able to do anything properly that way.
Hope that helped you.

Why is Earth's temperature range important to the<br> support of life on the planet?
My name is Ann [436]

Answer:

In addition, Earth's atmosphere plays a vital role in regulating the temperature. The atmosphere provides a blanket of gases that not only protects us from excessive heat and harmful radiation from the sun, but also traps heat rising from the Earth's interior and without the earth’s temperature, we will have a harder time living in our planet

The process of using sample data to make guesses about an entire population is called:________
hoa [83]

The process of using sample data to make guesses about an entire population is called  Statistical inference

<h3>What is Statistical inference?</h3>

Statistical inference is the process of employing data analysis to deduce attributes of a probability distribution. Inferential statistical analysis deduces population attributes, for example, by testing hypotheses and generating estimates.

Inferential statistics aids in the development of explanations for a condition or phenomenon. It allows you to draw conclusions based on extrapolations, which distinguishes it from descriptive statistics, which simply summarize the data that has been measured.

Inferential statistics seeks to find some property or general pattern about a big group of individuals by examining a smaller group of people in the expectation that the results will generalize to the larger group.
