It equally says that because every other nation needs to understand why the New World British Colonies assumes a status that makes it equal to every other nation, this document will outline all the grievances held against the Crown by the Colonies.

When you read the document, you will understand the major reasons why it was ever written. It is open with all its reasons. No mystery of guessing is involved.
