1) I think the next generation would face some disasters and more disease outbreak, for example the coronavirus outbreak, but I hope it would not happen), unavailable drinking waters, a lot of pollution, depression (hope that would not happen), family problem,etc.

2)

• drinking enough water everyday (which I don't do)
• sleep and wake up early
• exercise regularly
• revise on your school work
• stay motivated and productive
