The summary of this lab is that over time pollution has gotten worse. However, if you attempt to decrease the human impact the bad side effects decrease. For example, the loss of land by erosion in the Sahara Desert is less than present day if you take future development impact. Future development impact can decrease the bad side effects.

Explanation:

Movement of the plates over Earth’s surface is termed plate tectonics. Plates move at a rate of a few centimeters a year, about the same rate fingernails grow.

Due to global warming, the climatic conditions such as rise in temperature of the coral habitat in the oceans changes. The corals become stressed by changes in conditions. Answer:

A) The garden will be filled with weeds.

Explanation:

Although the picture is not given in the question, one can speculate from the conditions that, over the years, if Shea and family doesn't take care of the garden, there will be unwanted growth of weeds. Weeds, in general, is classified as a plant that grows without any human influence. So, it is natural. Therefore, if Shea doesn't take care of the garden, there will be increasing growth of weeds and the garden will be filled with such plants over the years. Other options are least suitable because they show particular pattern of the garden which needs human influence.
