Hree you have a small ( the clear triangle) inside  a large one.
Area = shaded part = area of large triangle - area of the small clear triangle.

Area of a triangle = 1/2 * base * height
so we have area shaded part = 1/2 * 6 * 9 - 1/2 * 2 * 3
=  27 - 3  = 24 yd^2  Answer

HELP PLZ!! I AM CONFUSED.
Paraphin [41]

Answer:

$ 0.38

Step-by-step explanation:

128 x 4.8 = 614.4

A 128 ounce jug costs $6.14

64 x 5.1 = 326.4

A 64 ounce jug costs $3.26

Two jugs of 64 onces would be equal to the 128 ounces, so double the cost of the 64 ounce.

$3.26 x 2 = $6.52

Then subtract the difference

$6.52 - $6.14 = $0.38

What is the mean mode midean and rage of 78 86 88 79 88 88 95 92
juin [17]

Median: Order the numbers from least to greatest and look in the center for the median; if two numbers add together than divide by 2

78,79,86,88,88,88,92,95, so the median is 88 because when 2 numbers are the same, you can just take the shortcut and say it because you are going to get the same number

The mode is 88

The mean is 86.75

And the range is 17

Can I have brainliest if it is correct plz?

The equation of the line A is 3x+2y=10.line B is parallel to line A and passes through the points (4,6).find the equation of the
IRINA_888 [86]

Answer: y=-\frac{3}{2}x+12

Step-by-step explanation:

To find the equation of line B, we need to find the slope first, then the y-intercept. We first want to convert line A into slope-intercept form, so we can find the slope.

3x+2y=10            [subtract both sides by 3x]

2y=10-3x            [divide both sides by 2]

y=5-\frac{3}{2}x

With the slope-intercept form of line A, we can see that the slope is -\frac{3}{2}. We take the slope and the given point (4,6) to find the y-intercept of line B.

y=-\frac{3}{2}x+b            [plug in (4,6)]

6=-\frac{3}{2}(4)+b         [multiply]

6=-6+b              [add both sides by 6]

b=12

With the y-intercept, we know the equation for line B is y=-\frac{3}{2}x+12.
