Jury duty is an important civil duty because it lets citizens be involved in the judicial system. Instead of just giving your opinion after the verdict citizens get to play a role in deciding a verdict.

It is a matter of opinion, I suppose.
We need jurors, of course, but with so many people who hate it, there surely wouldn't be enough if the goverment simply allowed whoever wanted to volunteer to be the jury. I suppose that makes it sound like a burden, as it's a goverment-ordered requirement, like taxes. It is a privilege, though, if you think about it. Being selected for jury-duty means that you're a reliable citizen of America and you're trusted enough to help make a very important decision.
So, to restate my initial response, Jury duty can be seen as a duty or a burden, depending on how one views it.

The larger social problem is that hierarchies exist and their is no one way explains all. We all have our own stories, and how we became the people we are. Stereotypes and assumptions are not the standard for judgement when judging individuals. The similarities sometimes exist because we have created a world that makes it that way. It also has to do interpretation and point of view.

Snowcat [4.5K]

The correct answer would be, Cultural Comparative Approach.

Testing Western ideas in other cultures is the Cultural Comparative Approach to the study of personality.

Explanation:

A cultural comparative approach is an approach which compares two cultures with each other. In this approach, the Western ideas are tested in other cultures to see if these ideas can be generalized in those cultures or not.

Cultural differences have impacts on people's personalities. All psychologists have consensus that culture affects one's personality generally.

For example, If a person is in Pakistan, and then goes to United States of America, his or her personality will usually be affected by the the new culture. In Pakistan, women usually wear traditional dresses, because it is in their culture. But when they go to USA, they usually wear jeans or skirts and tops, as it is usually worn by women in USA. In this way the personality of the people are affected by the difference in cultures. Similarly, Halloween or other events are not celebrated in Pakistan, but when people go to USA, they celebrate such events, as these are the part of USA's Culture now.

Answer: Constitutional, unconstitutional.

Explanation:

In Grutter v. Bollinger, the Supreme Court of the United States judged that the student admissions process can constitutionally favor underrepresented minority groups as long as race is not the only factor considered.

Gratz v. Bollinger ruled a points-based admissions policy that granted bonus points to minority applicants, unconstitutional since it was breaking the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment.
