There were numerous things. For starters, he could've resigned and showed that he doesn't plan to become a dictator. In addition, Romans were all about outward appearance and social status and much of Caesar's behavior towards the high ranking senate members was humiliating to them so they naturally loathed him. He could've given them more respect in order to gain their support.
I would say A) evolving attitudes of the public, D) current events, and E) ideologies of individual justices.
I don't think B is correct because the judicial branch is supposed to act as a check against the executive branch and therefore cannot be instructed to rule a certain way by any president, and I don't think C is correct because changes to the bill of rights would have less impact on interpretation of the constitution and more of an impact on the constitution/law itself

The population in Ghana has drastically changed from how it was thousands of years ago. Ghana basically had less than a million people. In 1960, it had 6.652 million people living there after several colonizations. Now it has 27.41 million people residing in the country. From 1960 to now, it has increased by 412%.
The Articles of Confederation was our first plan of government after the Revolutionary War. One success this plan of government had was in how it dealt with the organization and the sale of western lands. The Land Ordinance of 1785 was an excellent law that allowed for an orderly process to deal with lands in the West.
