Tammy may have different views on dogs because of an experience she had. Maybe when she was a small child, she was bitten by a dog and thinks thats what all dogs tend to do. She may have also heard that some dog breeds, such as pitbulls, tend to be more vicious and violent. Sara may have never had experienced a dog that that was violent in her life.
