Answer:

Option: C. 9 months

Explanation:

Benjamin infant niece hides her face as the stranger smile at her. The reaction is common at the age of 9 months because during this period a child gets to recognize people around him or her. She will be shy to unknown persons and hesitate to mix with them. In the same time, Benjamin niece looks back as the women after hiding her face in his shoulder because she is also curious about that person who is outside her family.

PLEASE HELP
modifiers tell what kind and how many

true
false
aliya0001 [1]

Answer:

True

Explanation:

Modifiers are forms of adjectives/adverbs which helps to tell more about something. It tells ‘what kind and how many’ in the description of the word involved. For example a black hat has black as its modified as it tells more about what kind of hat is being talked about.

Three goals scored also has three as its modifier as it tells how many goals were scored. This makes the statement about modifiers telling what kind and how many being true.

how do these laws help you understand what life was like in louisana and other southern states after the civil war
victus00 [196]
Louisiana, like most southern states, seems really angry about losing the civil War. The war was mainly fought over the right to own slaves. Once they were free, owners didn't know what to do with their lives anymore. These laws were made so that they could keep Free African Americans oppressed while still following the laws of the federal government. The hate for people of color actually increased after the war since they could no longer fully own them as property. The laws actually acted like a sign to free slaves saying "You will never be free".

The nurse providing education on eye protection suggests protective eyewear for which client? (select all that apply.)
pentagon [3]

Lifeguards are in need of eye protection from ultraviolet (UV) A and UVB rays because of vulnerability to the sun. People who play racquetball need to wear protective eyewear to control possible eye injuries.

Cab drivers may require eyewear for disciplinary purposes but are not at high danger and in need of protective eyewear. College students are typically not at high risk. Although an RN would need eye protection at certain times, RNs do not routinely require protecting eyewear for general work.

What is the expression of protective eyewear?

Goggles, or safety glasses, are forms of protective eyewear that usually enclose or shield the area surrounding the eye in order to prevent particulates, water or chemicals from hitting the eyes.
