What were the last effects of WW1 socially, politically and internationally?

The impact of the war socially was that it was a stepping stone for women's equality since while the men were fighting in the war, the women took over their jobs. The war also caused art to become more abstract and the English language became more vulgar. The impact internationally was that there was a lot of tension between Germany and France. You could even argue that it laid the groundwork for WWII. Germany was forced by France to take sole blame for the cause of the war (even though they didn't cause it), was forced to give up land, and was forced to pay reparations to all of the allied countries. Politically the allies made a new group to discuss certain international matters. Russia and Germany weren't allowed to take part in it.

Jaylin, who teaches ninth-grade science, praises his students' test-taking efforts rather than their test-taking abilities. this
Lady_Fox [76]

I believe the answer is: their growth mind-set.

The growth mind-set refers to the belief that all skills/abilities can be developed as long as people are willing to put in their effort and dedication.

Insulting the students when they have a bad test results could damage their confidence and discourage them to try to put more effort in the future. Praising their effort on the other hand would make the students feel good about it and make them more likely to put more effort in the future.
