I agree. You can say stress causes the release of stress hormones such as epinephrine or norepinephrine which increase your heart rate, blood pressure, and blood sugar levels. The rise in these may speed up the tumour growth and more likely to metastasize. Furthermore, a person under stress may develop certain behaviours such as drinking alcohol, smoking, overeating leading to obesity. These behaviours contribute towards the increase of your HR, BP as well.

the PAC-R was designed to identify health risks before anyone starts an excercise routine true or false?
BARSIC [14]

Answer:

False

Explanation:

The PAC-R is not related to the determination of health risks in individuals who will start physical exercise. PAC-R is a modified cellulosic polymer. it is nothing more than a fluid used mechanically in physical objects. PAC-R has a very high viscosity. This makes it essential in the infiltration control of other bentonite drilling fluids, as its viscosity limits the movement of these fluids.

Sunny_sXe [5.5K]

Answer:

1. I have a body mass index of 21.5 kg/m^2.

2. On a scale of 1 - 10, I rate myself as 9.

Explanation:

Body mass index is a measurement of the amount of fat in the human body. It is calculated using the weight and height of an individual.

Since I have a body mass index of 21.5 kg/m^2, I fall into the standard range of healthy individuals. It ranges from 18.5 - 24.9 kg/m^2. Underweight is classified as people with Body Mass Index of less than 18.5. People with Body Mass Index of more than 25 kg/m^2 are obese.

Goals for my fitness include:

1. Maintaining my exercise routine so as to sustain my current BMI.

2. Eating healthier meals that would not predispose me to obesity.
