The Civil war time period was from April 12, 1861 to April 9, 1865. On April 9, 1865, the General Robert E. Lee surrendered his Confederate troops, and the Civil war was officially over.

All of them established a centralized government.  They eliminated the competition either by a hostage system or reducing nobles power.  Each of them controlled the landowners and religion. They made changes to the capitals, whether it was moving it to a different city or by building a palace.
