<span>Shatter drug is a new and rampant drug that is making its way into the streets of North America. It is actually hash oil concentrate that is made by using high concentrations of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) from the marijuana plant. It looks like a sheet of toffee or maple syrup candy. It is used by way of inhaling the smoke where a person dabs a small amount  of the drug onto a heated surface. They can be smoked in crack pipes, vaporizer pens, and can also be edible like other marijuana products.</span>
