The exception to this rule of thumb are NEWBORNS, which sleep about 16 hours a day. They sleep during the day for about 8 hours and at night for an additional 8 or so. Of course, there are some exceptions, as every child is different, but as a standard, it’s newborns.
anyways, if you don't put in the effort here, you won't know the information as well when you actually need it. you need to challenge yourself while your still in class so that while you're in the field, you'll always know exactly what to do.
