You have only to read what is there. This is Squealer's scene, not Napoleon's.  Napoleon's presence is inferred, it is not stated. So D is wrong only in this question. It is otherwise correct.

No where is there any hint of rebellion. The animals that are not pigs or dogs don't have a complete enough understanding of their situation to organize a rebellion. B is incorrect.

The animals are not happy. They exhibit acceptance because their memories fail to recall anything that would tell them something was wrong. They cannot remember the regime under Jones. Squealer is telling them what he wants them to believe about their circumstances.

C is the answer.
