H=14
u=-144
Q=90
B=-3 or (3)

H = positive (14) because -98 / -7 is 14
U = is (-144) because it has u multiply 6 instead of dividing to remove it. If you do it ot one side you must do it to all other sides.
Q = 18 * 5 is (90)

X+2y=-1 and 4x-4y=20 solve by substitution
Illusion [34]

To do this problem you would first need to factor out a variable, which in this case I would want to do the first equation because it is isolated. Now the equations would look like this:

x = -2y - 1

4x - 4y = 20

Since we know that x is now equal to -2y - 1 we can plug it in to the x value in the second equation:

4 (-2y -1) - 4y = 20

-8y -4 - 4y

-12y - 4 = 20

-12y = 24

y = -2

Now that we know the y value plug the y value to one equation to find the x, I will be using the first equation

x + 2(-2) = -1

x - 4 = -1

x = 3

Solutions:

y = -2

x = 3

Which types of polygons are the faces of a tetrahedron?
valentina_108 [34]

The answer is the option A, which is: A. Equilateral triangles.

The explanation for this answer is shown below:

By definition, a tetrahedron is a solid in three dimensions that has: six sides, four vertices and four triangular faces. These faces are equilateral triangles, which means that all the sides are equal and all the interior angles measure 60 degrees.

The tetrahedron is also called "triangular pyramid".

Identify the two factors that were multiplied together to form the array of tiles. Then identify the product of the two factors.
alina1380 [7]

Answer:

Terms: 3\ and\ x + 2

Product = 3x + 6

Step-by-step explanation:

See attachment for complete question.

From the attachment, there are 3 columns and 3 rows

The 3 columns represent the first factor

To get the second factor, we have to analyze the 3 rows in the attachment.

Notice that the first row is bigger than the other two rows.

This big row will be represented with variable x

Notice that the boxes in second row are smaller than the first row and the + sign is written on each of the boxes.

This is represented with + 1

Also, notice that the boxes in third row are smaller than the first row and the + sign is written on each of the boxes.

This is also represented with + 1

Hence, the expression for the rows is x + 1 + 1 = x + 2

The product is then calculated as:

Product = 3 * (x + 2)

Product = 3 * x + 3*2

Product = 3x + 6

How you can plot positive and negative numbers on a number line
marta [7]
So basically, in the middle of the number line, there's zero.
Anything left of zero, is negative. Anything right of zero is positive:
