Metastasis will happen and cancer cells invade nearby healthy cells, tissues, lymph nodes, organs or will migrate to distant organs.

The two different types of stem cells broadly classified as are Embryonic stem cells and adult stem cells. Embryonic stem cells are obtained from the blastocyst layer of the embryo and are pleuripotent. Whereas adult stem cells are the undifferentiated cells from tissues of an adult or a child. They can be unipotent or multipotent.

Explanation:

Cancer cells migrate to other parts of the body via blood and lymphatic system. This is called as metastasis. Cancer cells when becomes tumour they develop their own blood vessels and obtain nutrients from them. Once the tumour gets big it pushes the normal healthy cells of the neighbouring tissues and keeps on spreading.

Stem cells obtained from the embryo can differentiate into any types of cell and when grown in-vitro can dramatically form the three germ layers.

The adult embryo cells are found in less quantity, their role is to repair the tissue they reside in.

Assuming a typical monohybrid cross in which one allele is completely dominant to the other, what phenotypic ratio is expected i
IgorC [24]

Answer:

Assuming the dominant allele is represented as A, and the genotype as AA and the recessive as a, and genotype as aa; then the F1 will produce the offispring. Aa, Aa, Aa,Aa in ratio: 1:1:1:1:1

This shows the dominance of allele A.

However if two of the F1 generation are crossed then:

The F2 is AA,Aa,Aa,aa the phenotypic ratio is

                        3 ; 1

While the Genotypic ratio is ratio;

   1AA : 2Aa Aa; 1aa(1 ;2;1)

Which of the following embryonic materials is matched with a correct post-natal (after birth) derivative? (Chose the most correc
Vlad [161]

Answer: Option B.

Neural crest and peripheral nervous system.

Explanation:

Neural crest are bilateral paired cells of the neural tube that arise from the ectoderm layer of the embryo. Thesescells move to different part of the body and differentiate into various cell types like melanocytes, cartilage and bone, smooth muscle, craniofacial, neurons, gangalia e.t.c. The neural crest running through neural tube develop into peripheral nervous system after birth. Peripheral nervous system consist of neurons and gangalia outside the nervous system The peripheral nervous system connect the central nervous system to organs, skin and limbs.
