It would be A. A bias is like an opinion. It means that it can not be proven. D is a fact. And B and C are facts as well because they can be proven one way or another. You can’t prove that you neighbor drives ‘like a farmer’ because there is no technical definition to what it means to drive ‘like a farmer’.
