Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Gonna go ahead and just type out the numbers in ascending order so I can easily copy and paste.

15.2

16.9

18

18

18

19.6

21.1

21.5

22

24

27.2

28

28.5

29

Now then, a frequency table is there to tell how often a number or set of numbers occurs among  a list..  For instance, in this list there are 14 numbers total and 18 occurs 3 times so the frequency of 18 is 3/14 or .21

So lets go through the requested entries in this frequency table.

15-17.9: There are two numbers between 15 and 19.9 so that's 2/14 or .14

18-20.9: There are four between 18 and 20.9 so it's 4/14 = .29

21-23.9: 3/14 = .21

24 - 26.9: 1/14 = .07

27 - 29.9: 4/14 = .29

Worth noting that if you add all the results in a frequency table they should equal 1 or be very very close.

Do you need help with a histogram?  If so I can try and work it out rhough here.

For mean, median and mode you need the numbers listed in number order, which I already did.

Mean is the average, so sum all results and divide by how many there are.  So that's (15.2 + 16.9+ 18+ 18+ 18+ 19.6+ 21.1+ 21.5+ 22+ 24+ 27.2+ 28+ 28.5+ 29)/14

Median the middle number or, if there are two middle numbers then it's the two middle numbers added together then divided by two.  Since there are 14 numbers there are two middle numbers, basically if the number of numbers is even,  so that's (21.1 + 21.5)/2

Mode  is the number that occurs most often.  Only one number occurs more than once, so it's 18
