I believe that each culture has its rules within its communities. Obviously, a person belonging to a particular culture will think with strong conviction that what they do is right and that no one can overwhelm those beliefs and customs. However, unless they live in a country where there is free will, in the rest of the world there are laws that protect citizens and must be followed and respected beyond all culture. Answer: Wes Moore’s environment, a strong support system is highly needed to succeed. Having a strong support system around is the most important difference, in my opinion, that separates the two Wes Moores, Both Wes Moores grew up on the same streets in Baltimore City, during the same timespan. They had almost the exact same environment growing up but it was those small decisions and outcomes that separated their lives forever. Although both Wes Moores from, The Other Wes Moore, had many similarities such as their environment and education but it was those few differences and decisions between them.
