I dont get it?? how do i set it up?? im so... confused?? can i get some helpm

Well, you need a diagram (see attached).

Since angle S = angle T then

9x -11 = 7x -3  ......  2x = 8 ........ x = 4

RS = RT = 4

There must be some more information that can't be seen
